Dyson theorized that an advanced civilization could create a biosphere surrounding its parent star. A recent study looked at 5 million stars in the Milky Way galaxy and identified seven candidates that could potentially have Dyson spheres. These candidates emit infrared heat yet lack a proven explanation. While the existence of Dyson spheres remains uncertain, the discovery of these candidates prompts further investigation.
